If you did not pass the Hip Rotation Test in the Home Mobility Assessment, and don't have 15 minutes to do the hip mobility workout, THIS WORKOUT IS FOR YOU! Either workout should be your bread and butter on a daily basis until you are making significant progress in your hip rotation and are passing the hip rotation test. This one is only 8 minutes, so you can definitely get it in daily. If you are super tight for time, we have a 5 minute hip workout as well, but if you have an extra 3 minutes, this is your go to ;-)
1. TFL release w/Lacrosse Ball 30-60sec/ea. side
2. Glute Medius Release w/Lacrosse Ball 30-60 sec/ea. side
3. Windshield Wipers 8-10/ea. side
4. 90/90 Hip PAIL/RAIL 8/ea. side (hold last rep @ top for 8 sec.)
5. 90/90 Heel Clicks 8/ea. side
